KCRasan may present itself as an elite provider of pet supplies, but they're really just a dog in a nice coat. Their inventory is small and usually of inferior quality, despite their assurances that they sell only premium goods. They charge significantly more than the competition for "unique" things that are merely standard offerings with a new label. You should take your money and go somewhere else. The customer service is subpar, with uninformative and evasive responses to any issues. It's obvious that neither KCRasan nor their customers give a hoot about their dogs. KCRasan is not the place to go if you need a steady supply of high-quality pet products. Don't let their fancy advertising and promises of originality fool you; they're simply another average business chasing their tail.
