One works fine, the other is broken
This is the second time I buy this product. The first one was great, but this one was defective. The only time it gets blocked is when it's unzipped, which defeats the purpose. There was a defect when the zipper was sewn in, which must have been overlooked by quality control. Again, the first one I bought still works great. I didn't change it, I just wanted a second one.
