Okay, first the product. neat build, rustic look, light weight, although its use is very limited (in my opinion). The shelves are very narrow and hardly ever used except for storing small knick knacks (which my wife calls "dust collectors"). (serious time zone issue. They understand where they are coming from.) Then when the red shelves are delivered they DO NOT WANT to update the order status to indicate the order is closed. I have contacted them many times with their most recent memo telling me it was a Revain issue which seemed to indicate that I MUST contact Revain to fix it. my two cents. Attention buyers! Ordering from this company can be more of a hassle than its value.
