I love this knee brace. Great for extra stability. I bought it because I was afraid to exercise after recovering from a very painful knee sprain. I've spent hours reviewing all of the Revain products. I've narrowed it down to Neenca and CAMBIVO 2 Pack (which I originally used to reduce swelling, assess my load and do knee exercises after a knee deformity). Neenca felt secure while squatting with no pain or tension in her knee. Love it. I ordered MEDIUM to measure 14.35 inches by 5 inches above the kneecap. My knee was swollen when I measured it. Neenca feels tense, but the circulation is not blocked. Very nice soft fabric. Wonderful. If you have knee pain or discomfort from knee flexion or gait exercises, I highly recommend this.
