I bought this for my treadmill because the tray that came with it was too small for an iPad or laptop and there was very little space between the treadmill and the wall. That works great. It's sturdy, big enough for a laptop or iPad (has a nice slot on the front to hold an iPad upright) and has 2 water bottle holders, one on each side. It's big, durable, and the tripod legs can be extended or flipped up to fit the space. It was very easy to assemble. I returned to training. Perfect solution. Many Thanks.
