I personally like it because they hire me as an individual, not just another person who needs work done for them by someone else in this case other candidates or recruiters from different companies. They are very honest with you about your job prospects so there's no false hope of getting hired when all along its nothing but stress until things change positively at which point we have more options than ever before. The only downside could be communication issues between myself and some people within the organization. Communication can get lost easily depending upon how busy everyone gets during certain times of day especially if one party doesn't understand what was said last time around. We've been able to grow our client base exponentially over the past few years thanks mainly to Wilsons HCGs expertise in placing top flight employees into jobs throughout our market area.
