Ideal! Nice! for the eyes
Exactly what I wanted. i have a unicorn (All White) I was looking for a base white to apply over foundation before applying eye shadow and brow highlighter. (as well as the inside corner for shine) AND THAT'S IT! I was skeptical about this based on some of the reviews I read but none of them were about white. I gave it a chance and I'm very happy about it! 100/10 definitely recommend!
