Don't let the name fool you, this is a good stand. I was just pointing out the biggest problem with this stand. It took them a while to find the right attitude. Once set up properly, the stand was very solid and worked as it should. The stand comes with all the necessary hardware to attach it to any monitor using VESA compatible screws. This is the standard, meaning most monitors on the market have the correct holes. The problem was a screw on the back that adjusts the fore and aft tilt. The instructions do not specifically say which direction to turn to loosen or tighten the item. If you over-tighten the screw and compress the spring, your monitor's bezel will begin to tilt forward. It took me a while to figure out which way to turn to balance the weight of the monitor to keep it in place. I set the monitor upright and kept tilting it up. With a little fiddling with the screws everything worked. I am happy with the purchase.
