The chair is soft and pleasant, and the wheels are coated with a rubbery material. It is possible to take the fabric off and wash it. Tilt adjustment. Cons: I had to fiddle about with it when putting it together. Incorrect alignment of the armrest's mounting holes with those on the rear of the seat.
