First of all I have a conference speaker and I love it, that's what prompted me to buy the headphones. Headphones are supposed to be amazing, but they come with a few downsides. Firstly I ordered the Pro because I need Lightning and USB-C, I don't understand why each port has an adapter, I assumed it would end up being a Lightning port and it's a USB-C Lightning adapter in the package. Instead, both are separate adapters and go to some sort of custom adapter on the headphones. So if you lose your adapter, you're out of luck. The Pro version came with memory foam ear tips, silicone ear tips and silicone ear tips with wings to keep them in the ear. Comfortable tips are not glued to the headphones. The included documentation isn't very reliable, but the tips are still there. I recommend going to the comfort tips site to learn more about it. Silicone tips with wings are attached to the end of the earpiece. I've attached a picture to show you how they go. Make sure the hole in the silicone lines up with the microphone. When I first got them, I didn't have wingtips all the time; and it is not clear in the manual. Be sure to see the attached pictures. Anker makes a USB-C adapter for the lighting cable and Anker says it's compatible with these headphones so I returned these, got a Pioneer Rayz Plus and basically with the adapter it has the same functionality but better, because I don't have an adapter with a strange plug. So far the app and the headphone update worked great, just like with my conference speaker. I really like that they take noise cancellation and power from the Lightning connector. I was so excited when I found them because I don't have to worry about charging but the fact that they have a USB-C adapter that I can use them right on your computer is just amazing. However, I recommend Rayz or Rayz Plus and buy the mentioned Anker adapter. If you don't need/want/play charging when using headphones, you probably need the Rayz and not the Rayz Plus as they are cheaper and smaller. clunky as there is no charging port. The only issue I'll address is that I'm unsure of the location of the built-in remote/microphone. He's quite tall and tall. This doesn't affect wearing headphones, but I'm used to the Apple design, size, weight and flashier. It's not bad, but needs some tweaking. I love the fact that I can program Smart Buttons through the app and change functions, audio prompts, auto pause, smart mute, voice isolation, etc. Pioneer customer support was fantastic, they contacted me about product issues and resolved all issues. and I am 100% satisfied with the resolution.
