I spend most of the day sitting at the computer and before I bought them I was very tired at the end of the day. Eye fatigue is real. After using them for a few months I noticed that at the end of the day I don't feel them anymore. There is conflicting information on whether blue light is a problem, but I believe it is and they seem to block it well. I love the light they give you that makes a difference. A set with and without blue blocking is interesting. In general, they are of decent quality and relieve stress.
