So I don't know how to use chi rollers or other ways of using crystals but I got this item as a gift for my sister who is. I received this item within the delivery timeframe and was so happy to see it arrived safe and sound exactly as pictured. The reel was packaged well enough to protect it in transit, so there were no tears or other damage. The rose quartz was also smooth with no visible rough edges. Overall I think it was a beautiful piece and my sister loved it. I hope it does its job (again, I'm not good with these items) and more!
