It’s an interesting piece of workout clothing. Not sure about the functionality and purpose. I bought a large I’m 5’10” 165, 33 waist and I normally would have purchased a medium however, the large fits snug. A medium would be tight, but if you’re in to that and you’re around my size get the medium. Will use it when I power walk my daily 10 miles and pass judgement in a couple of weeks. I gave it 3 stars because I’m not sure that it’s necessary for me to use. We’ll see!
