Ordered this skirt for my daughter who loves this style of dress. We found the fit to be good and the fabric was of medium thickness. She has a gorgeous curvaceous figure so this skirt looks a lot shorter on her than it should. We were sad because we liked the overall picture. For a young girl who isn't already filled, this probably won't be a problem. Also, her waist was too big. More for teens but I don't think I would recommend this for mid to late teens girls.
