Wow! I love to paint and have over 600 markers. The table gives me a great place to lean on my work. There's room for me, a page, some markers, a tablet stand, and I've even attached an LED light to the flexible neck with a screw clamp. The tablet stand is located under the right side of the table and has an original design. It fits into a slot at the top of the table and also has legs. I'm a big-skinned person and there's a lot of room underneath for me, maybe even too much. I find the table legs a little high for me and they are not height adjustable, but I'm a little short from shoulder to waist. Your result will be different if you have a different shape than mine: I use this table as a dining table, as an art studio, as a shelf for my tablet when I want to listen to a book or stream a show. The small drawer on the left is also very useful, although I wouldn't use it as a cup holder. I'm not that good at using the table in my bed lol. I put strips of felt on the front closest to me to keep the markers from sliding off. This is my second attempt at making a desk for bed use and also my last as this amazing desk does everything I need it to. had to do it and then some. I am very satisfied with this portable table bed and have no hesitation in recommending it.
