I bought these sheets for the side of my king size bed because he's always liked damask sheets and I thought I'd surprise him with a new set. They were so prickly it caused painful neuropathy. So I washed them a second time and set them aside. They were so rough and prickly! And they are noisy if that is possible with the bedding. Every time I turned around we both woke up. Yes, we're pretty light sleepers, but that's never happened to other sheets. It was strange. These sheets also wrinkle a lot after washing. I ironed the pillowcase just to make it look nicer, but even on the highest steam setting, the creases didn't come out completely. I've bought many, many sheets in my life and I can say that this is probably the worst thing I can remember.
