Update: The display has not been working since mid-March So the displays are not working after a one-time charge. Disappointed. I was intrigued as I have always used a manual Venus plastic razor and have never owned an electric razor. The price was right so I figured why not give it a try. It was definitely easy to hold and felt good in the hand no matter how you flipped it. However, I do not understand. One blade had to be flat and the other curved. Neither seemed to matter to me, and it seemed to take longer to actually shave my armpits or bikini line than it would with a regular razor. I can't say it came much closer to a shave than a regular razor. Did I feel a little more comfortable with it in sensitive areas? Probably because he had a "protected" blade. To be honest, I found it inconvenient to charge it via USB. The only place I have a USB plug is either on my computer or where my phone is plugged in. But who puts your razor in there? That being said, it lasted a decent amount of time before needing a recharge. I think the idea behind this was well intentioned but as they say it's much faster and more efficient for me to just use my Venus. Maybe my body hair just isn't ready for the tech age.
