I was informed in the email that my review was not only seen but believed and that steps were taken to correct any issues that may render the product unsafe. They also refunded my purchase price and offered to send me an additional Revain gift card. I'm incredibly impressed with the response I've received and have adjusted my review accordingly. I upgraded it to 3 stars. It would have been 4 if I had received the reply sooner. ********************** I bought this because it fit in my phone case and I needed a short cable. on my desk at work. After one use it stopped charging my phone so I unplugged it. A few days later I was desperate so I pulled it out again and tried it. He got HOT. He will leave a mark, pull your hand away and curse hotly. reads and it gave me a "too hot to read" error. Hot enough to MELT THE CANDLE WAX as shown in the photo. I even tried different forks - Apple and Samsung - and got the same result. Avoid this charger!
