UPDATE: The company sent me a second pair. I'll test them more when time allows, but I'll say this pair behaves differently as my phone keeps warning me about "slow charging" now. Maybe that's not all and I need to isolate variables in the game. The first unit I returned I thought I had bad cables. Most of the cables I've used have had their LED rings go out or go very dim. The charging/data transfer speed has deteriorated over the course of 3-4 weeks. As soon as I came back they contacted me. It took a while but they eventually worked with me to find a replacement. Pretty cool product idea and one of the few actually creating dates in this style. I have my second set now and plan to do more testing.------------------------------ ------ - ------ -------------------------------------- ----- - ------- ----------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW: Looks like I may be the first unpaid review of this product. I'll update when I have time but first impressions were positive but the LED rings are dimming and the performance (charging speed, data transfer speed) seems to be degrading. The seller/manufacturer does not return contacts. The swivel head works as expected. The main reason why I chose this brand was the ability to process data, so I could use it in combination with Android Auto. Everything has worked well so far, but today was cooler. There's a warning that it can lose magnetization at temperatures above 85 degrees, so I'll keep testing that. They're good in the car if they don't lose their magnetization. Tried this out today while running errands and really enjoyed the experience. While USB-C makes a much better connection, it's great because you don't have to constantly unplug/plug the cable, which wears out that connector. They contain small "organizers" that you can put your head in and attach to cords. It was a really nice added value. Seems to be holding up well. At the end of the cable is a blue LED that indicates power is on. I have yet to test fast charging, I need to find one of my power adapters that actually supports fast charging, as usual I charge wirelessly or via USB-C. -> USB-C cable. I'm hoping this company releases a USB-C -> USB-C variant, but I'm considering switching most of my connections to it for ease of use. I tested each of the heads and each worked as expected. Time will tell if they will hold up to normal wear and tear. The instructions warn that the magnet is also fragile so it will be interesting to see if they are useful for a few years. I couldn't find any contact information for this company, although they have invited others to contact them for accessories as I have a few ideas that might help their line of products.
