It's... normal... in mascara

I have to admit that this is my least favorite cover girl mascara I have ever tried. This is a very wet formula. It takes forever to apply and while applying it smudges like hell all over the eyelid. However, if you accept that applying mascara takes twice as long as usual, and then remove all the smeared product, which is easily removed with a damp cotton swab, the result is hardly acceptable. No wow effect, but okay. It's better than some other products from different brands, from expensive to cheap, that I've tried over the years.
