Shiny bark like a diamond!

The bark shines like a diamond! We used all-natural butcher paper to roast a large 16-pound hunk of beef in the smoker. The paper was kept in all those delicious life-giving juices and never torn. The finished brisket was really tender, juicy and crispy... Thanks!
