A decent pre workout that I've been using for years. It only gets 3 stars for not being properly dosed and using cheaper creatine monohydrate like hcl is supposed to be. I have to add my own 6g of malate citrulline, 1g of beta alanine, 1g of creatine hydrochloride and 1.5g of betaine. After all, the price per serving for a properly dosed and effective pre-workout is significantly higher. Tastes great, just be aware that portion size (less than 8g!) is a big red flag that your pre-workout may contain the ingredients you want, but not in their effective doses. You get what you pay for and in this case it's an incomplete pre-workout. I still buy it because getting the dosage up to the level is still more cost effective for me than buying a full $40 or $50 pre-workout product.
