I was very happy with the product as this is my first beard care product. However, I was very disappointed when I opened the package. The picture is very deceptive. They show a dropper but no dropper is included unless my product was packaged as PROMOTIONAL! Speaking of the product itself, the oil leaves the beard fairly soft and smells nice, but the balm does little to actually style it. How do you say. So I give 3.5 out of 5 points. They say use a drop of oil but it's a bit tricky if you don't have an eyedropper. Right? So I ask a Pure Body Naturals salesperson, should I get a dropper?
