. a neighbor also ordered two from 2014, they were worse than mine, they almost stalled and then turned.

I ordered these lights for my military tow truck. They were made in 2013. They both have a flat spot in their rotation. My neighbor also ordered two which were made in 2014. They were worse than my used 12 gauge power cord so that wasn't an issue. We cleaned the contacts but put in cheap motors that turn on the light.
