Great for tracking online sales, social media marketing
I like that it allows me to see what people are saying about my products or services via reviews from other customers who have used them in the past.
It's also very easy and quick to set up an account with this software as well! There isn't much else i dislike at all but there could be some additional features added such as being able to search by date/time etc., but overall its been great since we started using it almost 2 years ago now!! We use eChosystems to track customer feedback regarding our product line which helps us improve future offerings and ensure that customers receive excellent service when dealing with us.
Pros
- The customer feedback we receive from this software is vital to our business and it helps our customers who have used our product line to give feedback on how we can improve our products and services
Cons
- I wish I could find a way to search by date/time since it doesn't already seem to have that search option built in
