First the only negative: I have a Nikon D3300 and I used a 52mm lens. This is VERY tight. So tight that I had to struggle quite a bit to get the last half of the thread in (I didn't cross or otherwise shift the threads, it's only a thousandth or so oversized in my opinion). However, when used with an 18-55mm lens it produced a beautiful fisheye effect with more clarity than I would expect from a lens at this price point. Unfortunately you can't get a "full" circle as the very top and bottom are slightly out of bounds. This may simply be because the D3300 has an APS-C sensor. One thing is a little confusing (at least it was for me), I didn't realize that a "macro" lens needed to be attached to take normal photos or that it was to be used for macro photography alone ( I I already have macro lenses/extra tubes anyway) so when I shot the macro part and tried to use the main segment alone I got stuck and wondered why I couldn't focus haha. Just something to be aware of.
