You are able to see who is using what type of vehicle before you make contact, and so you will know if they are trustworthy or not (which helps when I'm trying to sell my products. It's pretty helpful for me, because sometimes the ones I talk to just don't have time after work hours! They'll help ya out until it gets dark outside. They do send reminders. Also, the search ability within the dashboard makes finding leads much easier than having to scroll through pages of listings! Just be patient! The search feature may take some practice. If somebody needs something quick-like a ride/meal, this usually gives them an option quicker then looking though other websites. The best thing about SO Connect is that it brings a lot of traffic to our website. The platform also allows us to interact with our customers, which is great. I don't have any complaints at this point. The only thing I would like to see is a better mobile version. It is very convenient for customers and for our company as well. We now get a lot of traffic to our website. It also helps us interact with our customers and get their opinions.
