I bought this mask to protect myself at the gym. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised that it's well made, durable and very comfortable. In hindsight, I should have gone small instead of medium. The layers on the mask can be a little intimidating. I was walking around with a military style gas mask and this is no joke so take it easy on the levels. Putting it on makes you feel like you can join the Nova Corps or become Doctor Destiny as it's sealed tight and I expected my superpowers to manifest, but they didn't. 😐 I guess I'll have to be content with being a normal person with a cool mask 😷 EDIT. Okay I'm in pretty good shape and I've been trying to train with this at a leisurely pace of Covid and oooooo smoking Batman! 😵 It was filling up with sweat too quickly! I tried all the settings and it only got worse. I wouldn't recommend this for the gym, maybe cycling, but for the gym. It will be hard to recommend unless they change the settings. Still five since it's sealed like Fort Knox
