If I hadn't missed the return deadline I would have gotten rid of them. (My fault - I didn't know about return windows because I don't usually return items, although sometimes my husband does.) I've worn these shoes less than a dozen times because the front is too long. However, somewhere along the way the zipper pull tab fell off so I couldn't zip or unzip it. You definitely can't do it with bare hands. I recently had a bout of plantar fasciitis - ouch! These shoes cushion well so I wanted to wear them. That's when I discovered that the zipper on one of them had fallen off. I could neither fasten nor undo this boot with my bare hands. I finally found a little tool to help me unpack (the nutcracker from the nutcracker set!). I wear them around the house for cushioning due to my healing pain. They dangle a bit because they are too long and not easy to attach. Better than nothing so far but I will never buy this brand again.
