The video explains pretty much everything but suffice it to say it's well made maybe too well made and it's cool but it's not very flexible and to fit it on my wrist which is 8 inches long is i have to pull it is not easy if you are not strong enough as it wasn't easy. So unless you're a blacksmith you can really just pull it outwards with your arms crossed to expand it, but if you do it will flatten out at the top and then won't sit properly on the wrist as seen in the picture, because the picture shows it's round, but what you end up with looks more like an oval. And it doesn't fit my wrist well. It also rides up too far on my wrist because it needs to be wide to fit my wrist. If you don't have a small wrist, this is definitely not for you. I wish it was a more flexible metal so I can position it where I want it and bend it a bit better. If you know how to work with metal you could probably make it more rounded like in the photo.
