Two failures, Revane needs to get to the bottom of this.
The first TV I got was a piece of plastic between the display and the screen, very noticeable. The delivery took almost a month. Had contacted Hisense they said they had to destroy the box and send a technician so they could replace it, I was in charge of disposal. That was almost three weeks ago, so I went to Revain instead. TV replacement works fine for two days, then the sound disappears. Factory reset, replacing plugs, sockets, turning off the power, etc. did not help. Revain offered me a 10% refund to keep it and have it repaired. Lol if his mind doesn't come along to fix the screen I'm not getting the $75 fix. Sending both back is a huge hassle and a waste of my time and money.
