Broken spring on 2 of 6

Upholstery design doesn't just fit one of the six chairs that have a high-quality rear view. All others have crumpled or twisted seams. Of the 6 chairs I ordered, 2 of the springs had already jumped out of the latch. The company agreed to replace that seat, but the second chair broke while waiting to be replaced and I'm afraid this issue will continue. See photo. Overall the chairs are good value so that's probably what you would expect.
