Doesn't stay on high chair tray

Like the concept but as others have said it doesn't stay on high chair tray. By not staying, I mean not staying very much. It took my 9 month old baby less than a minute to undress and he didn't even try. It sticks well to my wooden counters and tables, but I don't really need it for that.
