I have been working from home since 2011. Now that everyone is doing the same thing, traveling has become a part of my life more than ever. One of my biggest problems when traveling was leaving two nice 24 inch monitors at home. Together with the screen of my laptop, they made my work a lot easier. makes what I do a lot easier. Now I can travel and still share my image across three monitors. This is of great importance for the organization of my work. An unexpected benefit was that I was now starting to use the minicomputer as my personal computer instead of a laptop. As one of the reasons I travel is for astronomy, the mini computer's lack of a screen was a problem. So I made a simple "easel" to hold these screens and now I have two monitors instead of one for my laptop. This allows me to open the telescope controls/star map on one screen and the astrophotography software on the other. It's simple, easy and now irreplaceable. I can no longer imagine doing astronomy with just one screen. These screens have revolutionized my work and hobby, allowing me to easily live my life on the go without sacrificing functionality. In fact, I've gained functionality in my hobby. These screens are worth the price, only warning: look carefully at the compatibility charts. They are not suitable for every laptop. If you like bigger laptop screens, you'll need a larger set of extension cords, which cost more.
