Highly recommended for women who work and have hair.

I have a lot of hair and I always have a bun or ponytail somewhere. This hat fits snugly over it and doesn't mess up my hair when I take it off. The face/neck shield also stretches so I don't have to worry about soiling my hair/makeup before work and still stay warm. Highly recommended. Also, I don't like wool because it itches and this hat does NOT itch. It's so convenient. I love it.
