Review on Ecosoft by Scott Reid

I've tried various Ecosoft goods and can say without hesitation that they were all underwhelming. I have had more trouble with their things than they were worth. I had Ecosoft install a water filtration system, and it stopped working not long after. I made several attempts to contact their customer service department, but only received hostile and unhelpful responses. They were obviously not interested in hearing me out or finding a solution to the problem. They also sold low-quality home renovation tools that did not perform as promised. It was annoying, and I felt like I'd wasted money buying their stuff. In general, Ecosoft is not a product I can endorse. I am really disappointed in both the quality of their products and the responsiveness of their customer service. I wouldn't recommend that store if you're in the market for premium home improvement supplies.
