When I ordered this device on March 7, 2020, I noticed several reviews that complained that this device died after a short period of use, but most of the users gave extremely positive feedback about it , how good is the job this tooth brushing contraption has done. I took a chance and ordered it as most of the reviews were very positive. Now, after just 129 days (just over 4 months of daily use), myPhilips Sonicare ExpertClean 7500 Bluetooth rechargeable electric toothbrush, white HX9690/06, has also died. In the first 3 1/2 months everything was fine and the device actually did a great job when brushing teeth. Then about 2 weeks ago the stand that holds the replacement toothbrush head became very loose and wobbly. The device just died yesterday. It does not begin. DEAD. That's outrageous for an electronic toothbrush that cost me $169.95. Is Revain behind this device? Or do I have to deal with Philips? Please let me know what I need to do to get a refund or replacement. Thanks in advance from a very disappointed customer.
