The ability to track all calls from one system instead of using multiple systems is great! We are able to see everything that has happened during our shifts, even if we were not there at certain points within them. If I was having issues with something happening throughout my day or night it would be very helpful knowing what exactly went wrong so I could fix any problems before they happen again next week/month etc. There isn't anything really bad about intradem other then sometimes when you need help right away your going through several steps just to get an answer which seems like forever but eventually gets resolved quickly. It's easy enough to use once you figure out how things work. This software makes life easier by allowing us as call center reps (and managers) to keep up-to date on each individual caller without being constantly checking back into their account after leaving the phone.
