I have been using essential oils for a number of years now and I have quality containers for your personal essential oil products. it's obligatory. I have bought so many different styles, sizes and brands but I keep coming back to the Vivaplex brand. I can always count on their speed and quality of delivery. Vivaplex stands behind its products and quality, and every order is securely packaged to prevent damage or breakage. If you have to pay a few cents more for a bottle, it's worth it. If something is wrong, they will fix it. I am still using the bottles I bought from them over a year ago. I change my products often, so the bottles are often washed in the dishwasher and they still look and feel like new. I do not put sprayers or pumps in the dishwasher. I hand wash them with Dr. Bronners and let them air dry. The pumps for these bottles are a bit tricky to open the first time, but once you've opened a bottle everything else is a breeze. Here's how: 1. First, you really want to start with a pump that wasn't on the bottle. It's MUCH easier, but if that's not an option, no big deal, we'll make it work.2. You should hold the pump in your dominant hand and steady the black "ring" AND the white part of the pump. I had two pumps that were tightened by Hercules himself and nearly blew a hole in my arm when I unscrewed them. So don't give up if the pump doesn't move when you turn it.3. Then turn the pump counterclockwise. It will turn once before it swims. Again, you may have to rotate quite a bit for this to work, but don't give up. It will happen. That's all. How to open the pump! Now do it 3 more times! =) I know that some customers have reported that their pumps were broken or not working. I have never had a problem with one of my pumps not working or breaking. You also have to consider what you are trying to pump through the pump. If it is too thick, it will be difficult to suck the straw. Really thick body oils don't move well. You need to add some oil or whatever to dilute it. If you only use them for soap or other liquids, I think you'll really like them. They look very nice on the dressing table and in the bathroom. Especially if you create your own label.
