Good quality, but many missing parts!

The quality of this stand is good and I bought it because of the size to store vegetables and fruit from our garden. Unfortunately, ALL spacers and the handle were missing. I'm sending it back and replacing it and hoping that next time the next stand actually has all the parts in the package?!
