OK to decent needs some work

So I got my bag and use it to store one of my working keyboards when I'm shooting. I have two keyboards that I use this case for. It's a white HHKB Pro2 and iGK61 with an iron plate and an aluminum body that weighs almost 5 pounds. I only kept the white HHKB in the case for 2 days and didn't notice any stains according to another reviewer's comment, although this made me cautious about storing my HHKB since the Pro2 Type S board is $300. There is no lid on it, so it needs to be pressed firmly. My iGK61 is unnaturally heavy (Chinese aluminum should be some other non-aluminum mix) and since the lid doesn't snap into place, be it buckle, button or velcro, there's the problem that a board that's heavy for its size, can slip out. It has a strange smell. Something like weak dye/ink mixed with cheap fabric. I can only give this product an OK or 3 out of 5 rating until there are major issues with odor/dye and top cap attachment. If you approach them, the case will most likely make a solid fourth first impression. Unfortunately, I'm not happy enough with this case in its current state to buy a second one. I need a second 60% case and 4 TKL cases to store my extra boards. Only if the odor and potential dye issues were addressed would I consider them acceptable for storage. Pros: Decent quality for the price (Craft and GB storage cases range from $50-$150). Cable bag Cons: Slight fabric/paint odor or straps Can use thicker padding
