There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.
No helping hand is extended in their direction. To be honest, I hardly ever put them on. The primary reason is that my head starts hurting insanely after using them (despite the fact that corded small headphones are easy to bring with you). Of course, there are drawbacks. Several of them are appropriate, but some aren't.
- They have a long battery life, a sleek design, strong sound, a foldable form factor, bluetooth (for wireless connectivity), a 3.5 mm socket (for wired connections), a simple and effective control scheme, and have allowed me to watch TV shows in the Hong Kong subway without disturbing anyone around me.
- You can't hear the world when the socks are on, the sound quality is terrible, your head hurts after wearing them for an hour and a half (because to the pressure), and other people can clearly hear whatever it is you're playing.
