Great skin cream / nothing for the diaper area!

This cream is ideal for dry skin and baby acne. He cleared the child of acne in less than 48 hours. It is important to note that this cream is NOT diaper cream! It's a moisturizer, which means you shouldn't use it in the diaper area, as many reviewers did. This will most likely make your rash worse by trapping bacteria and moisture. Use quality diaper balms (MotherLove, Angel Baby, etc.) and apply this cream to other dry skin areas that are outdoors.
