My 19 month love this. She loves crawling through the tunnel and playing in the ball and playing hoops The best right now. Note you’ll need to purchase balls separately. It did set up easily without even looking at the instructions. The ball pit and tunnel easily fold and open like a car shade just bend and twist and folds/open right up. The house part has some metal rods to take out (you can see in my photo of the inside with the window). Put in a chair or a bean bag and it would be a good reading area for your little one. It is rather big inside so that is nice she can stand and dance/twirl around. It is rather large so make sure you have a good spot for it!
