The goods arrived on time. Came out of the box and took shape pretty quickly. I like the design on the cover - it feels solid. The pillow was originally purchased for my wife to help her treat heartburn in her third trimester of pregnancy. It definitely helps her keep her reflux in check at night, but 10 inches is steeper than she hoped. Also, the wedge is quite hard, not as comfortable as she would like. It's hard for them when. She should sleep on her side during pregnancy. She said if she could sleep on her back that would be great. So she gave it to me. I snore terribly. I sleep on this pillow and my snoring magically goes away. It's pretty tough, but I feel like it's good for me. The 10" is pretty cool, I think maybe the 7" would fit better. In general, the purchase is successful, they were satisfied. It does the job we set it for but could be a little softer for comfort. It seems built to last, which I love.
