I was a little unsure if the bottles were included in the vest based on the description, but on arrival two 500ml bottles were secured in the vest. The vest is incredibly light, it seems to me that it is sewn for me (it fits perfectly, does not sag), does not get lost and does not interfere with running. Breathable mesh lining. The bottles themselves. Well, I think they might be a little easier to put on and take off, but it's not that bad. You could have capacity markings literally anywhere. There is no graduation anywhere, no indication of total capacity. It's just stupid. I think I could fit a small hydration bladder in the back of the vest if I really wanted to (maybe 1.5 liters?), but that doesn't seem like what it's optimized for. The zippered breast pocket fits my cell phone, but it's tricky and it's not easy to get in and out. The extra storage space in the elasticated nets on the sides isn't very well protected and I don't want to store anything important there in case something falls out. I wish they were somehow better protected but they seem good enough and I haven't had any issues so far. However. This vest is well designed and apart from a few small details it looks like a great addition to my trail running wardrobe as I continue to train and run longer distances (I just started 5k distances last year ).
