Build quality and feel are top notch - well above the price. However, as other customers have pointed out, the screws on the bushing loosen, resulting in slight play on the handles. While logically there's no immediate risk, it's a little disconcerting when $3,500 worth of gear is hanging from that twisty handle. Other users have reported that using Loctite solves this problem. Another small note is that the angle of the arms isn't 100% parallel - it's very slight as it's only noticeable with OCD, but when you put the camera up you tend to experience OCD. It's not a serious problem and I quickly forget about it after driving. It ends up with a solid construction that's good for the price and it gets the job done. Dogbone extensions can also be useful.
