Im petite, but with curves. The waist belt fit fine, and the slap bands fit. But everything else is too big, though could be easily fixed with addtional velcro.
Pros
- Easy to use and store with bag. Material seems like it will last.
Cons
- The bands are too bulky and cumbersome to wear during exercise
