Magnet not really strong enough.
My badge fell off rather easily. Thankfully, I found it and the small metal bar with magnets. I used a 1 inch disc magnet 2nd time. Again, I lost my badge (found it again.). I volunteer at a food bank so need a way to secure badge easily. This might work better if wearing a badge in an environment that does not that does not require as much movement such as moving large, bulky, and sometimes heavy objects. I bought another badge clip that has a clip to clip on a belt loop.
