I had high hopes for it but the remote only worked within 3 inches of the light and had to be pointed directly at the sensor. I'm glad they also worked as a crane, otherwise they would have been returned. Click the light to cycle through white and 3 other colors, which is cool, but the remote offers a lot more colors. It has a decent white light for brightness, which is really what I wanted it for. The back of the lantern where the batteries go was freely raised and lowered and removed so I had to add a piece of tape so there was no problem and it fell off the wall. I used the command bar and not the 3M sticker that came with it. Anything and everything will serve its purpose, but play around with the remote control. I was hoping I could use it when I entered the room to turn them on.
